2006 in review.

Well folks, nothing much to report lately but I figured I better log in. The weather has been weird to say the least with a major snow storm, a deep freeze that had lakes frozen over, and now temps in the 50's for over a week and open water.
Mike and I haven't had too much time to do anything but work, which is a good thing. We have alot of projects going, some great shots we're doing, and some fantastic new booth backdrops that we are making for some of the guides and manufacturers that will be at the upcoming fishing/outdoors shows this winter. We would like to thank all of our customers for a great year!

We started Customfish.com on one photo. It was a smallmouth bass that I had caught in the Fox River, which I printed out on canvas just for kicks. When I showed it to Mike he said "That is really cool! We gotta do this! Fishermen will love it!" Since then Customfish.com has become a name in the industry in just a couple years with your help and your support. We've expanded our business to do not only trophy fish prints, but also cars, family portraits, pets, scenery shots, trade show backdrops and just about anything and everything that people want to see in "bigger is better" form. To see some of our latest work please stop by the booths of Chad Cain's Guide Service, Gregg Thomas' "Battle The Beast" Guide Service, The Fishing Line and Outdoors Radio Show, Steve Sarley's Outdoor Experience, Pipestone Lodge, Taltson Bay Big Pike Lodge, Lee Tauchen's Guide Service, Rocky Reef Resort, Musky Hunter Magazine and ofcourse the Customfish.com booth. Again, we thank all of our customers and our readers.
We have some pretty neat things in store for 2007. The site will feature videos hosted on Youtube. We'll have instructions on our whacky but effective fishing techniques as well as videos of what we're catching, where and how. If you thought Customfish Radio was pretty funny just wait til you see Mike, myself and a host of our friends on Customfish TV! We're also going to add some field reports from our outdoors coorespondents that will help to keep everyone even more up to date with what's happening out there. It never ceases to amaze us who some of our readers are and where they are located. We do love out site tracker feature.

So for now, We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! And remember, You can catch any fish that swims. you just have to give him enough line. Always go for a trophy!

Keep your pole in the water!
Jamie & Mike
